Now it's Cuba commie-eating American skulls?

Just how stupid does . . .
. . . the US propaganda establishment think we are?
Put a fat cat fascist . . .
. . . like Secretary of State Marco Rubio — in charge of anything, and the following McCarthy Era idiocy is what we get.
From the US State Department — here in excerpts:
For nearly seven decades, the Cuban regime has waged a sustained campaign of subversion against the United States.
It is a campaign that has infiltrated the highest reaches of the U.S. government, recruited and cultivated generations of American activists, backed an unprecedented wave of left-wing terrorism on American soil, and carried out one of the most durable and damaging foreign intelligence penetrations in American history.
[T]he Cubans perfected a new model for a long war of attrition, organized around espionage, infiltration, sabotage, proxy networks, and a revolutionary infrastructure designed to turn America against itself.
In contrast to every other aspect of Cuba’s failed state, this model has yielded remarkable success.
The Cubans devoted themselves to recruiting, cultivating and mobilizing a global coalition of activists, intellectuals, and political groups around this cause, building a sprawling revolutionary network that shaped a disproportionate share of America’s most famous and influential extremist movements, from the Black Panthers and the Weather Underground through to Antifa.
Today, that network continues to maintain ties to powerful leftist nonprofits, anti-ICE collectives, socialist groups, and Marxist militant organizations across the United States.

Naturally . . .
. . . we are to believe that this (purportedly horrendous) form of mind-infiltration means that We the People have to destroy Cuba.
Otherwise feeble American minds will be overcome by anti-corporatist propaganda.
A few nukes should do it.
The moral? — The most vicious terrorist nation . . .
. . . on the planet is the United States.
We delight in accusing other nations of what we do (awake and sleep) all day, every day.
In keeping with this American hypocrisy — and even after having radically impoverished and attacked Cuba for many decades — we now accuse Cuba of (magically, mysteriously, and via phantom means) undermining defenseless America's pillage-based values.
Provoking slaughter is, consistently always, the United States' plutocrat-enriching goal.
Be proud. Not everyone gets to dance atop a pile of innocent corpses.
