Doug Bandow explains why American intervention in Libya was a colossal mistake

As I wrote recently (here, here, here, and here), American intervention in Libya was, is, and will continue to be a self-destructive mistake.

Doug Bandow, of the Cato Institute, published an essay today that brilliantly explains why.

The short-sighted hotheads — who continue to praise the President’s Libyan intervention — don’t know the facts and/or let their do-gooding machismo get the better of their ability to reason.  They should read what Mr. Bandow had to say.

I look forward to a reasoned rebuttal from the interventionist crew.  But I doubt that I’ll get one.
