American leadership is comprised of a ruling class that metaphorically needs to be executed for treason against moral decency.

Routine examples follow. Lifted from absolutely typical American news of the last few days.

News blurb 1 — doing evil is The American Way

On the one hand, the US Department of State prevented Palestine's Zionist-mutilated children from arriving on American soil for medical treatment:

All visitor visas for individuals from Gaza are being stopped while we conduct a full and thorough review of the process and procedures used to issue a small number of temporary medical-humanitarian visas in recent days.

And on the (literally immediate) other hand , the US establishment released an Israeli government official — who had been happily engaging in a pedophilia-inspired pursuit in Las Vegas — back to Israel:

An Israeli government cybersecurity official was reportedly arrested recently by Las Vegas police and other authorities in Nevada who were conducting an undercover investigation aimed at online users seeking to sexually prey on children.

Tom Artiom Alexandrovich, 38, faces felony charges of luring a child with a computer for a sex act, alongside several other suspects who were apprehended during the two-week sting operation, the Las Vegas metropolitan police department said in a statement published on Friday.

He has since been released from custody on $10,000 bail after an initial court appearance, records show, and returned to Israel.

Of these typically Establishment happenings, Caitlin Johnstone commented that:

Things are so fucked up that the only way to get wounded Palestinian children in and out of the United States for medical treatment these days would be to disguise them as Israeli pedophiles.

News blurb 2 — let's harm babies and toddlers for Big Pharma's profit

The American Academy of Pediatrics is still recommending mRNA COVID vaccines for kids aged 6 to 23 months.

That's despite significant evidence that serious COVID illness is rare in this demographic group and further that mRNA vaccines can do notable damage to notable numbers of people.

Health and Human Services head, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responded (on X) with a screenshot of the AAP's website — which visually demonstrates that this group of medically unprincipled stooges has been captured by Big Pharma — and added that:

These four companies make virtually every vaccine on the CDC recommended childhood vaccine schedule. AAP is angry that CDC has eliminated corporate influence in decisions over vaccine recommendations and returned CDC to gold-standard science and evidence-based medicine laser-focused on children’s health.

AAP today released its own list of corporate-friendly vaccine recommendations. The Trump Administration believes in free speech and AAP has a right to make its case to the American people. But AAP should follow the lead of HHS and disclose conflicts of interest, including its corporate entanglements and those of its journal—Pediatrics—so that Americans may ask whether the AAP’s recommendations reflect public health interest, or are, perhaps, just a pay-to-play scheme to promote commercial ambitions of AAP’s Big Pharma benefactors.

AAP should also be candid with doctors and hospitals that recommendations that diverge from the CDC’s official list are not shielded from liability under the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act.

Dr. Suneel Dhand, an old fashioned common sense and scientifically oriented physician, summarized the conflict between ethical decency and immorality this way:

Let’s not mince words.

The American Academy of Pediatrics is for sale to the highest bidder. Which means your child’s or grandchild’s health is too.

Their so-called “guidelines” are bought and paid for by the highest bidder in the room. And parents across the country are expected to blindly trust them.

This is why I actually believe most physician societies and medical organizations in America should be completely disbanded and rebuilt from scratch. They are rotten to the core.

They are not about health.

They are not about children's (or adults’) wellbeing.

They are about money and politics.

And let’s be clear: when the leading pediatric group in the country is essentially a marketing arm for Big Pharma, your child’s health is officially for sale.

The moral? — The US Establishment is entirely about money and avarice
