Treason — definition

From the US constitution — Article III, Section 3, Clause 1:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

House of Representatives' arguably treasonous act

From ABC News:

The House passed the Antisemitism Awareness Act on Wednesday [01 May 2024] amid unrest on college campuses.

The bill, which was introduced by a bipartisan group of lawmakers, passed 320-91.

It requires the Department of Education to use the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance working definition of antisemitism when enforcing federal anti-discrimination laws.

The working definition says antisemitism is in-part "a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews."

The definition includes denying Jewish people their right to self-determination by claiming that the State of Israel is a racist state and drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.

Applying the Constitution's treason clause to the House's passage of this US-destroying bill

If we accept that:

(a) the United States was founded to embrace the Bill of Rights

and that

(b) the Constitution would not have been accepted by the Articles of Confederation States in the Bill of Rights' absence — an easily demonstrated historical fact

and furthermore that

(c) elimination of the First Amendment, in the unlawful absence of amending the Constitution itself, would destroy the most fundamental framework of our country

then

(d) the 320 members of the House who voted for the Antisemitism Awareness Act voted to destroy the United States

an act that, in itself

(e) arguably constitutes an overt act of war

(f) in favor a foreign country (Israel)

(g) itself being a Zionist nation that explicitly sought, and continues to seek, to shut down young Americans' First Amendment-based opposition to Israel's quasi-genocide in Gaza

with this forced speech-termination taking place

(g) so as to overtly benefit Israel's continued looting of American taxpayers' pockets

(h) in the unlawful advancement of Israel's said genocide of Palestinians in Gaza

a furtherance of unholy principle that

(h) so morally obliterates American Principles of Humanity — as to undermine the United States' formerly high standing in the world.

The Constitution's evidentiary elements . . .

. . . defining the act of treason have been met.

These 320 House members have knowingly confessed to their treason — by favoring and advancing a foreign nation's interests over our own — in the House of Representatives' equivalent of open court — by voting for this most heinous extermination of the most core principle of the American Bill of Rights.

The moral? — Thomas Jefferson was right

In the absence of a periodic cleansing aimed at eliminating tyrants, tyranny blossoms.

Is our Second Amendment next?

Rise.

Resist.

General Washington's Army did not freeze at Valley Forge just to be succeeded by a nation of cowardly and unprincipled patsies, voluntarily putting themselves in service to another nation over our own.
