With people like General Mark Milley in command — the US will lose the strategically mistaken confrontations that it instigates

Scumbaggery exemplified?

From Reuters:

U.S. Joint Chiefs Chair Army General Mark Milley told reporters on Tuesday, after a meeting with NATO defence ministers in Brussels[:]

Russia is now a global pariah and the world remains inspired by Ukrainian bravery and resilience.

In short, Russia has lost; they've lost strategically, operationally and tactically.

Sure, General — have you looked at status maps and battlefield reports from the last year?

In roughly the same time period that General Milley was making his reality-defying assessment of Russia's situation, NATO head — Jens Stoltenberg — was being a hair more accurate:

“The war in Ukraine is consuming an enormous amount of munitions and depleting allied stockpiles,” Stoltenberg said.

“The current rate of Ukraine’s ammunition expenditure is many times higher than our current rate of production. This puts our defense industries under strain.”

In other words

Russia is outproducing the collective West's proxied Ukraine war effort at every turn. Its visibly accorded international respect is rapidly rising. Pretty much all over the non-Western planet.

Sudan, for instance, seems to have shifted its pattern of allegiance from West to East, preliminarily granting Russia a to-be-constructed naval base on the Red Sea.

Oops.

Yet, our Chairman Joint Chiefs (Mark Milley) is still singing Neocon America's strategically dreaming tune about a purported massive Russian defeat in Ukraine.

We can assume that Milley's lying web is being wafted, so that he can wealthily retire from uniformed military service into the gold-dripping halls of the nation's torrentially money-sucking, corporatist-run Military Industrial Complex.

Why be (or become) a person of integrity, when one can so profitably remain a truth-mangling, proxy-murdering parasite?

The moral? — With unrealistic, professionally spineless leadership . . .

. . . like General Milley's — the US will lose any serious conflict with virtually any determined opponent.

Reality does not tolerate being defied for very long, in most instances. Nevertheless, these American neocons continue to instigate war and conflict, wherever they go.

Evolutionarily speaking, that's a curious twist, don't you think?

It is almost as if this herd of pompously aggressive fools is trying to get itself (and us) extinct-i-fied.

Happily for future children, General Milley is impressively bloated enough (in manner and appearance) to become a very fine caricature of the gravitas-bearing, extinction-inviting life form — Homo anti-sapiens warmongerus.
