Same 'more' sanctions — same dementia-laden guy — and same signs of American self-destruction

Get a grip, neocon dipshits?

Alexander Mercouris repeatedly points out that neocons "have no reverse gear".

And sure enough, while visibly headed toward destruction of the US-favoring banking, trading and petro-dollar system (which we invented, controlled and benefited from after World War 2)  — these belligerent neocon fools keep lighting the gasoline that they continue to pour onto the Russo-Ukrainian War. A war which they provoked as a matter of equally idiotic American policy.

And now comes the following own-throat-slashing:

The United States on Wednesday unveiled its latest round of sanctions going after Russia over its war on Ukraine, this time targeting a key commercial bank and "a global network of more than 40 individuals and entities led by U.S.-designated Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeyev."

In a news release, the US Treasury Department said it was also targeting "companies operating in Russia's virtual currency mining industry, reportedly the third largest in the world," noting it was the first time it has "designated a virtual currency mining company."

In addition, the State Department is imposing a slew of visa restrictions in response to the Russian war and for "undermining democracy in Belarus."

Wednesday's actions are the latest by the Biden administration meant to punish the Kremlin and its enablers for invading Ukraine at the end of February.

Punish.

Now, there's an arrogantly 'diplomatic' word.

Situation report, gloomy

Half the world's population is beginning to contemplate retreating from West-controlled financial institutions.

After all, who wants their billions of foreign-located dollar reserves to be stolen by the United States and European Union. As has already happened to Russia.

And now, the latest round of US-sponsored anti-Russia sanctions has the Russian Federation re-evaluating its commitment to the World Trade Organization. The WTO, which heretofore had arguably helped to (somewhat) smooth trade disputes between competing economies.

The moral? — Neocon nihilists are tearing down everything that America once built . . .

. . . in their insane lust for engaging in wildly aggressive forms of widespread destruction.

All of this is eventually going to come back to bite 'We the American People' in places that hurt.
