In addition to sending arms to Ukraine's neo-Nazis — the United States is going to pay their salaries

US has joined Germany in the latter's addiction to supporting Ukrainian Nazis

To wit:

The United States is providing an additional $500 million in financial assistance to Ukraine to help the beleaguered country sustain salaries, pensions and other government programs while it fends off Russia’s invasion.

At the same time

Demonstrating theatrically displayed, warmongering cowardice — the United States walked out of a meeting that was supposed to include anti-Nazi Russians:

On Wednesday, Yellen and Ukraine’s finance minister walked out of a Group of 20 meeting as Russia’s representative started talking.

Several other finance ministers and central bank governors also left the room, according an official familiar with the meetings, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the event was not public.

Some ministers and central bank governors who attended the meeting virtually turned their cameras off when Russian President Vladimir Putin’s representative spoke, the person said.

“It simply cannot be business as usual for Russia in terms of its participation in our global forums,” Yellen said.

Imagine the 'courage' . . .

. . . that this Yellen-led walkout took.

Why speak to our self-purported adversaries, when we can simply curl our lips and shun them in aristocratic manner?

And thus, we gathered our American skirts into a Victorian bunch and ran — squealing with Virtue's delight — from the ballroom.

For geopolitical perspective . . .

. . . quantify Vladimir Putin, Sergey Lavrov, Xi Jinping and Wang Yi's aggravation, when having to deal with these:

monumentally self-righteous

thoroughly history-ignorant

always mentally deaf

impenetrably unthinking

American nitwits.

In other nations' shoes

US leadership's uninterruptedly belligerent, rockheaded obtuseness would be enough for metaphorical 'me' to roll out the nukes.

Simply as a means of bettering this planet's odds of experiencing a viably decent future.

As an example of (contrast-defining) historically towering competence

Watch Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov's precisely tuned, calmly delivered wisdom on display — in his English language responses to pointed questions about the Russo-Ukrainian War from an Indian interviewer — here:

The moral? — The United States has reached historic levels of self-destroying ridiculousness

We once had good reason to be confidently proud. No longer. What a bunch of vicious — trouble causing, unintelligently acting — crybabies we have become.

Let's you and I reverse this contempt-inviting trend. For 1776 America's once-glowing sake.

For instance, can you visualize any of America's Founders acting in the tantrum-throwing, blowhard and intellectually contemptible ways that American 'leaders' do today?

Or are 'you' one of the supermajority of US citizens, who does not know even a whit of history and is, apparently, proud of that handicapping void?

God help us all.
