Tucker Carlson's clever argument — about US-warmongering in Ukraine — as compared with the Biden Administration's lack of enforcement at our Mexican border

Introductory caveat

As a once-attorney, I like cleverly persuasive arguments.

Even when the alleged Devil makes them.

Truth lurks in all sorts of surprising places.

Today

Let's take spins to Ukraine, as well as to the United States' southern border.

Initial premise

It doesn't take much thought to see how murderously vapid US leadership it. Yet, most Americans placidly go along with American leadership's unending, almost always harm-filled charades.

The latest of which is provocatively trying to start a world war over alleged Russian threats against the US-supported and armed neo-Nazi government in Ukraine.

The currently developing Ukraine episode has an interesting twist. At least so, for the situationally aware and agile of mind.

To wit, last night . . .

Tucker Carlson took one of his devilishly ingenious looks at the Ukrainian issue:

Fox News, Tucker: Biden has enabled this ongoing assault, YouTube (25 January 2022)

He compared the Biden Administration's fondness for protecting the Ukrainian border against Russian 'immigration' — versus — Dementia Joe's arguably law-breaking assistance to illegals crossing our border from Mexico.

Carlson highlighted the (laughable) fact that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is accepting illegal immigrants' arrest warrants as proof of their pre-aircraft-boarding identities.

Even cynical 'me' had to raise eyebrows at that one.

And further, that Uber drivers are allegedly ferrying illegals to wherever they want to go.

Those surprising, arguably law-breaking elements are not out of the Biden Administration's basic character. I have previously addressed how the Dementia Joe's crew is reportedly flying illegal immigrants to unannounced locations deep in the American interior. Where they are, supposedly, going to reliably await their immigration court dates, while well out most of the American public's view.

Presumedly — according to inferred co-schemer Mother Nancy's intuited whims — these stalwartly courageous immigrating folk will become reliable Democratic Party voters. And, thereby, strangle the (allegedly non-American) populism of former president Donald Trump's kind.

Carlson's point is that the United States . . .

. . . and its two-party Corporatist Plutocracy Coalition (my phrase) in Congress — is willing to risk a major war over purportedly enforcing the Ukrainian border, but is simultaneously unwilling to enforce existing American immigration law at our own.

The moral? — Malevolent, always propagandized hypocrisy is . . .

. . . American leadership's consistently money-swilling mantra.

Both US political parties are complicit in this. Both are owned by the Military Industrial Complex.

At base, US leaders, like the worst of totalitarians, are deeply committed enemies of the American public's wellbeing.

Chew on that historically inarguable conclusion, for a bit.

And then, when sooner or later your military kids come home from eastern Europe, or some other non-strategic place, in caskets — tell me again how great American leadership is.
