Senator Rand Paul landed one on pillaging bureaucrat Anthony Fauci's mask policy chin

Today, some bile

Scheming bad people make me angry.

An initial premise

When someone deliberately misses the point — he or she looks like a fool — or someone trundling a concealed agenda.

Dr. Anthony Fauci managed to dot both those elements, in a swift stroke of propagandizing speculation, during a revealing Congressional interaction with Senator Rand Paul.

My bias, admitted

Dr. Fauci is, to all demonstrable effect, an advance man for Big Pharma. His performance consistently lacks solidly displayed scientific and medical integrity.

Fauci is, in essence, one of the Establishment's many fear-mongering con-people.

As Joel Hirschhorn recently put it:

[T]he key fact is that Fauci is the epitome of the bureaucratic establishment.

Fauci is a major culprit in using the pandemic to foster a terribly politicized and polarized society, as well as degrading respect for science and scientists.

Tucker Carlson got it right when he said in November 2020 that Fauci had been revealed as a "power-mad incompetent."

As a result, I was mildly pleased, when Senator Rand Paul (an MD) quietly took the allegedly 'good' doctor to task for his incessantly fearmongering, propagandizing bullshit.

The testimony at issue revolved around . . .

. . . Senator Paul's claim that Fauci's continuing mask-wearing advice — directed to literally everyone, including the COVID-vaccinated and COVID-recovered — is unsupported by any evidence, from anywhere.

Paul cited studies that demonstrate that previous COVID infections and patient recoveries therefrom — or COVID vaccinations — are protective.

Dr. Fauci legitimately countered that Senator Paul's referenced studies were done in vitro — meaning in glass and in a laboratory, rather than out among 'real' humans.

That's a medically valid retort. It is methodologically persuasive. But only to a certain point.

Tellingly, Fauci remained unable — or unwilling — to address Paul's main point that:

No studies exist to indicate that substantial numbers of vaccinated or COVID-recovered folk acquire (or reacquire) COVID on any noticeable scale.

The most revealing interaction in the Paul-Fauci dispute came when . . .

. . . Dr. Fauci fell back on claiming that genomic variants of SARS-CoV-2 are the danger.

A danger, he maintained, that threaten not only to previously unexposed people, but also folks who had previously recovered from "wild type" infections or been vaccinated.

Fauci pompously opined that these new SARS-CoV-2 variants are a "good reason" for everyone to wear masks, exactly as the Government advises.

Senator Paul countered Fauci's evasion by repeating his main point. There is:

no evidence that Fauci's allegedly dangerous variants are running amok (my phrase)

and therefore

Fauci's conclusion about wearing masks — (by seemingly everyone, forever) — against a speculated danger is "conjecture".

What especially caught my pragmatically-minded attention . . .

. . . was Senator Paul's emphasis that American policy should reward — rather than continue to punish people for having survived COVID or received vaccines — by freeing them from mask-requiring directives that are based on speculative conjecture.

Senator Paul's point . . .

. . . is, in truth, the only legitimately pertinent societal and public health issue:

If no one, who is COVID-recovered — or COVID-vaccinated — is spreading and catching COVID on a noticeable scale — why is American Government advising everyone, everywhere, to where cloth masks?

Especially so (in my opinion), when that same Government has repeatedly refused to scale up production of virus-protecting N95 masks — that would actually work, as claimed, for people who are neither vaccinated nor recovered.

Senator Paul's mask-policy-dismissing conclusion is valid. Dr. Fauci is, as Paul claimed, engaged in speculation-based "theater".

Senator Paul's next-day follow-up statement . . .

. . . makes things clearer for people, who might have become somewhat lost in the technical back and forth of Paul's Senate hearing testimony.

If you watch that news interview, notice Senator Paul's medical common sense.

For example, his point-illustrating comment about "worrywart" overreactions to the remote possibility that the 1918 Spanish flu would return was excellently founded. See the above-cited video clip at the 02:54 minute mark.

The moral? — One should be slavering mad at Government's humanity-oppressors

Anyone who enslaves human beings in a net — comprised of unwarranted fear and baselessly evidenced, psyche, health and economy-harming recommendations — is a Bad Person.

Anthony Fauci is a perfect example of the manipulating morass of Orwellian wrongs that this country has allowed itself to sink into.

Pretending to be a medical scientist, Dr. Fauci ignores science, the scientific method and methodologically rational scientific-medical reasoning — in order to perpetuate his (most highly salaried) control of the American people.

Yesterday, Senator Paul quietly exposed Fauci for what he is:

a brainwashing conman clinging to speculation conjured from nothing, in misappropriated Science's once-good name.

By the way, the data at issue — regarding where and to what degree COVID's dangers really lie — would be relatively easy to get. Were anyone actually motivated to look.

Ask yourselves why no one seems to be investigating to any serious degree.

Follow the money.

And then identify the Greedy Bastards, who have literally killed millions of people with their duplicitous unwillingness to do 'real' public health and its required early-illness, inexpensive medical interventions.
