Our Lamestream "missed" this

Venezuela's TeleSUR did not:

Portuguese footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo [see here], donated US$1.5 million to the people of Palestine during the backdrop of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The donation by the Juventus star striker is intended as a gesture of solidarity and to alleviate the pain felt by Palestinians, especially in the Gaza Strip where the relentless blockade of land, sea and air access imposed by Israel has greatly impacted the quality of life of its people.

Fútbol's Ronaldo is easily among the (epitome tier) most famous people in the world

He's news, wherever he goes — except in the United States because (humorously arguably):

America is the only country that went from barbarism to decadence without civilization in between.

I suspect that

The Lamestream ignored Ronaldo's (reportedly characteristic) generosity because:

His act of charity highlights Israel's victimization of Palestine's Gaza Strip population.

In America, we just can't have that.

Not with Super Zionists spreading their blood-concealing Benjamins so freely among America's grifting politicians and apartheid-approving media.

The moral? — You can be famous as all get out and make a laudable moral gesture . . .

. . . and still be ignored in our Happy Land — whose elites eagerly defy truth, justice, and almost all senses of simple human decency.
