New York Times is hugely lying (again) — even according to its own numbers and COVID context

Trotting another Big Lie

Here's what the New York Times said today about US churches and COVID:

Churches were eager to reopen.

Now they are a major source of coronavirus cases.

More than 650 cases have been linked to reopened religious facilities.

Evidently the Times is still so brazenly anti-Trump . . .

. . . that it completely discounts readers' common mathematical sense.

The overall numbers — according to the CDC

There were 2,982,900 COVID cases in the US as of today, 08 July — also the Times' own dateline.

Of these, 50,304 were new since yesterday.

Let's do the easy math

Six hundred and fifty COVID cases — which the NYT assigned to churches — represent only 0.0218 percent of the current 2.9829 million US cases of coronavirus.

Even if we attributed all of the alleged 650 church cases to just today — they would still only comprise 1.292 percent of today's newly spawned total.

That hardly constitutes a COVID source at all — much less a "major" one.

The moral? — The New York Times is so corrupt — that it cannot even interpret basic numbers correctly

Raw stupidity and bias do not come any more rot-reeking than this.

Recall that this is same news rag that recently ran the Afghanistan Russian bounty lie, without naming its sources or doing any corroboration of the Deep State's propaganda account whatsoever.

Both these new NYT lies come after almost four years of reporting (and holding to) the previous groundless and now thoroughly disproven Russiagate allegation (Trump the Putin Puppet) against the President.

Evidently the Times cannot change its voluminously oozing putridity.

Corrupt to its core.
